1. Return & Exchange Policy
- You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- Products not eligible for return/exchange: innerwear, swimwear, socks, accessories, and discounted or clearance items.
- In case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images.
2. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (bank account, card, or wallet).
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
- Please note: Shipping or COD charges are non-refundable.
3. Exchange Process
- You may exchange your product for a different size or color, subject to stock availability.
- If the requested product is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund or store credit instead.
4. Delivery Policy
- We strive to deliver all orders within 7–15 business days, depending on your location.
- Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen events such as weather conditions, courier delays, or national holidays.
- Once shipped, your order tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.
